WHY WOMEN NEED CIRCLES

In today’s society it is easy to lose sight of ourselves in every day demands, pressures, routine and multi-tasking, supporting our partner or children, caring for our homes, juggling a career, paying the bills, etc.

It can be very healing to experience validation and to feel honored by other women, especially in a world where women are often taught to compete with each other, compare bodies and status, be jealous, gossip, judge, etc. Women were conditioned over 500 years to be this way.

We are changing this story, and reclaiming what was taken from us, AND need a safe space to land more than ever before.

Women’s gatherings have been around for thousands of years. Once persecuted for during the burning times of witches, the resurgence of women’s circles is gaining traction.

These circles are designed to allow for sharing, support, and feelings of safety within a non-judgmental nurturing environment supported by two highly skilled facilitators with many decades of experience.


MONTHLY STRUCTURE:

Retreats & Events hosted by Healing With Spirit

These circles fall in alignment of the NEW MOON cycles. Each month, we will meet on the Sunday before or after the NEW MOON which is around the 3rd Sunday of the month. Specific dates are posted.

Each month, we will have a theme surrounding the new moon, but the themes are not set in stone. Like water, the idea is to go with the flow as each woman’s story is heard and honored.

Even though the flow each month may be different depending upon the theme, we will incorporate:

Our facilitator is Laura Joseph of Healing With Spirit. She has a private office located on the water in Hingham, Ma where she has been providing spiritually based holistic health enrichment services and classes since 2006.

Reiju Kai For Jikiden Reiki® Practitioners

Reiju Kai’s provide an opportunity for are for Jikiden Reiki® Practitioners to expand their reiki experience and training.   This includes receiving a Reiju again from a Jikiden Reiki® approved teacher. While it is not necessary to receive it more than the number of times given in training, it is still beneficial.

The day will include some bonding, networking, as well as the opportunity to ask questions.

A typical Reiju Kai includes the following:

  • Reiju (from all teachers present)
  • Any news or announcements
  • Ability to ask questions
  • Review
  • Practice Kekko
  • Exchange Reiki treatments
  • Healthy snack provided. Feel free to bring a snack to share with the group.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR:

Our facilitator is Laura Joseph of Healing With Spirit. She has a private office located on the water in Hingham, Ma where she has been providing spiritually based holistic health enrichment services and classes since 2006.

Laura has been combining all her trainings over the years that have led her to facilitate this combination style meditation since 2008. She continues to grow and transform as to follow her spiritual purpose offering this style of meditation in her office, in groups, during retreats and women’s circles, as well as in corporate wellness programs.
