TSM Episode 51: Energy Forecast, Astrology, and the Power of Transformation

In this episode of Triggers And Spiritual Medicine, Laura reunites with astrologer and spiritual teacher Hilary Harley for a deeply reflective and cosmic conversation on the intersection of energy, astrology, language, and transformation.

Together, they explore the intense energetic climate moving into November—a time calling for grounding, courage, and conscious preparation.

Laura opens with a Samhain season prayer, honoring the ancestors and invoking the healed and whole grandmothers—the wise ancient ones guiding us through these thresholds of profound change. She also shares insights from Spirit and messages received during her pilgrimage to Ireland, offering both warning and wisdom for what lies ahead.

Hilary provides astrological guidance through this rare alignment of Saturn and Neptune in Pisces and Pluto in Aquarius—a once-in-a-generation cosmic reset urging humanity to awaken, mature, and rebuild. Laura weaves in tarot messages that echo the same themes of renewal and transformation, as both explore the evolutionary cycles of change unfolding now.

The conversation flows from cosmic to practical—touching on November’s energetic shifts, potential disruptions, and the importance of embracing challenges as gateways for growth. Together, they discuss sustainability, Earth reconnection, and the rebalancing of energies unseen in thousands of years.

✨ Topics include:

  • Why this is an incredible time for deep spiritual nourishment
  • The importance of emotional maturity
  • Samhain, sovereignty, and ancestral wisdom
  • The incoming Mercury Retrograde and its energetic lessons
  • Saturn–Neptune and Pluto in Aquarius: a cosmic reset for humanity
  • Generational healing and preserving elder wisdom
  • Working with darkness as fertile ground for transformation
  • Sustainable, long-term healing for both Earth and community

As Laura and Hilary remind us, true growth is not found in the light—but in our willingness to face the shadows with courage, authenticity, and love.
