Men’s Support Group – Men’s Strength in Vulnerability

Hingham Men’s Support Group is presented by Ukumbwa Sauti to provide safer, braver space for men to share their lives, their challenges, their hearts, their internal goals and accountability to each other, their families and communities.

Sessions will feature a flexible structure, responsive to the needs of the group, with a guiding theme/topic, check-ins, open discussion and engagement of personal accountability points. Participants should be ready to share within the group and be willing to challenge themselves to move toward and through their growth edges.

6 (2) hour monthly sessions – $45 each month

About Your Facilitator

Ukumbwa Sauti is a consultant, educator, facilitator . He has presented in academic, spiritual/cultural and community venues and taught classes on consent, sexual and intimate safety in sex-positive conferences and organizations for more than 15 years. Ukumbwa currently runs an initiative called Men’s Work, engaging men and others in the process of interrogating and dismantling patriarchal privilege and power, toxic masculinity, misogyny and homophobia. Ukumbwa is also a musician and composer, having done sound healing for over 10 years and is an initiated Dagara Elder.
