Food for thought as we move through the holidays…
Don’t forget these self care tips:• Stop• Pause• Breathe in• Breathe out• Hug a tree• Put your feet in the ocean• Turn off the gadgets .• Let go attachments• Eat healthy (eliminate processed foods, sugar, soda, processed meats, dairy, wheat, yeast) just to start• Listen to the body• Get plenty of sleep• Reduce toxins .• Close your eyes. Put your hand on your heart. Breathe in. Breathe out. Visualize your heart smiling. ..Above all remember … IT IS NOT SELFISH TO ADMINISTER SELF CARE
