WEEKLY GROUP MEDITATION AT HEALING WITH SPIRIT
Join long-time mediator and teacher, Eileen Shaw of MEDITATION WORKS for Group Meditation every Thursday night at 7 pm
We welcome everyone, those who sit regularly with us, newcomers and those who come when they can. We begin with a guided meditation followed by silent meditation, a brief spiritual reading and reflections on the reading.
Open to all, beginner and experienced meditators.
Students of all ages and backgrounds are welcome.
The suggested donation is $20 per class.
