Today, I bless my junk. Wowza what? 😜

I’ve had a busy week at Healing With Spirit as the energies continue to shift helping others through cancer, rape, pre-op, stroke recovery, trauma, digestive issues, addictions, anxiety, and connective tissue disorders. .
.
As I stop, pause and reflect before I head off this evening to provide readings for a home party, I sit in gratitude for experiencing trauma that resulted in PTSD. .
.
You must be thinking why? Are you nuts?
For me it’s easy. I say that now after 10+ years of college level healing education on myself. Ask me 10+ years ago, I’d probably say you’re cray cray.

Without working on my own junk, no level of degree or training wound render my abilities to help others as effectively without out. .
.
Without It, my eyes would not be as open and my awareness as clear. .
.
Without it, my level of empathy and compassion would not be as pure. .
.
Without, I wouldn’t have been led into the healing arts. Period.

I can go on, but that’s for another day.

So today, I bless my junk. .

I sit in gratitude and look forward to guiding my souls.

Last night’s moon rising while on my way home from going to MGH giving reiki to someone and teaching one of my students how to administer reiki.
Had to pull over. I swear it was 2x the size before I could safely pull over. 😜lol

Good morning … I would like to ask everyone here to be extra mindful of your responses to abuse. .
.
When someone comes forward about being abused … child abuse, domestic abuse, sexual assault, bullying … LISTEN without shaming, judging, blaming or criticizing. #breakthecycle .
.
Just because you watched a great movie and you became a fan, doesn’t mean those in power are incapable of abuse.

Abuse is all about power and control. Period.
Wake up please … The rate of abuse in the country is extremely high. Just in custody cases alone, 58,000 children are legally trafficked by way of family courts annually . .
.
Victim shaming and blaming needs to stop if we are to make a better world. The victims are NOT to blame. The Bill Crosby, Sandusky, Kevin Spacy, Weinstein, of the world are. .
.
And we sit and wonder why we have so much violence … one of the highest rates in the world.
I applaud every victim who has come forward to speak up in hopes the abuse will end. The last thing a victim is seeking is Fame. when a victim comes forward like any whistleblower, many times they are re-victimized by the system and public. Some end up dead.

Take your blinders off and fill your heart with compassion for those traumatized by abusers especially by those in a position of power and notoriety.

As a survivor of abuse #metoo, I learned the only way for abuse to end is by the community coming together and rallying in support of the victim and not the perpetrator. .
.
Be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem, and I promise you in time we will have a better world with less violence including mass murders and gun violence. .

Wow, some serious cards on this full moon fall day. Have you been experiencing bouts of sudden depression, sleepless nights, sudden illness, grief, or anxiety? It’s time to have the courage to release. Stop resisting. .

When I pulled these cards I was reminded of my younger more empowered self before the series of incidents put certain walls of protection up. .

Also when I see these cards together I’m immediately brought to the “strength card” in Tarot representative of taming the ego and trusting your intuition. .

As we continue to head into today’s full moon keep in mind that we are in a major shift of consciousness.

The lion is encouraging us to be courageous in our endeavors to release ourselves from the bondage of the past.

It is important for us to get real and raw. It’s time to tear down these false walls of inner and outer world’s we created for social acceptance. These destructions expose our true self freeing yourself of false attachments. .

Things are being released not just in this life but, generationally, literally, and karmicly too. Feel it? .
