There is so much happening energetically on so many levels right now. So here are 6 relevant energy updates + 15 Tips & actions steps to help you navigate cuz the shitola getting realz.

What’s Up Energetically – 6 things to know.

1️⃣ Cosmic weather & sun still increasing activity. Daily flares. Regular CMEs. proton storms (like yesterday, Tuesday 7/23/24), geomagnetic storms etc that affect our inner electrical circuitry.

Some of this activity can feel like an energy vampire sucking us dry. It can also affect memory. So folks with dementia may see an uptick in symptoms.

Folks also with chronic health issues, cardiac, autoimmune, mental health (especially bipolar) may also experience symptoms.

2️⃣ There’s been upticks in electrical surges in the earth’s electrical grids. With surges going as high as a power of 78 with normal at 7.83.

Depending upon our sensitivity, this can make us feel wired & tired. Affect how we cope with anxiety, stress, sleep may increase.

3️⃣ Remember this is an 8 year. The duality is strong. Many things are happening simultaneously. You can be sad & happy at the same time for instance.

4️⃣ Old wounds merging. Multiple lifetimes, generational stuff, collective stuff coming into the present to be dealt with, healed, released, cleared etc.

5️⃣ RE: Po-lit*ical atmosphere & collective especially in USA.

Expect contrasts, acceleration, and increased volatility in August-September especially. I don’t say this lightly and it’s NOT meant to trigger you, but to help face hard truths, so we can weather the storm more effectively. THIS TOO SHALL PASS and we will weather the storm better if we can master the calm within the storm.

Meaning, how quickly can you get into the eye of the hurricane and follow it til the storm dissipates while still doing what you need to do to thrive.

6️⃣ Mercury going retrograde on August 5th. Not necessarily a bad thing as it’s a good time for those RE words like RElax, REevaluate, REvamp, REadjust etc


15 Tips & Action Steps to Help You Navigate & Focus:

1️⃣ Practice the art of Presence. Unsure how to do that, and you struggle with meditation & mindfulness concepts? See help from someone who can guide you. I do this work with clients every day.

2️⃣ Plan EXTRA time. Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, Plan D

3️⃣ Ground. Ground. Ground. Literally. Take your shoes off and ground to the earth to discharge the excess energy

4️⃣ BREATHE … remember to consciously breathe.

5️⃣ Up self care … not superficial stuff, but deep sustainable stuff like acupuncture, massage, energy work, coaching to help you address your Triggers & root issues.

6️⃣ Consider a half day or full day immersive healing and/or retreat 1:1 session. You mind, body, spirit just might thank you for triggering this reboot.

7️⃣ Mindful actions … meditative walk, shin rin yoku, Journaling, yoga, sound bath etc.

8️⃣ Take Crucial ACTION … get involved.

These are hard things we’ve been culturally conditioned to bypass, and it’s our lack of involvement is why we are where we are collectively.

Start locally. Find a group to support that aligns with your values AND all life on earth.

This is a time of reckoning too. So choose wisely. This is NEEDED NOW. This is election year. All hands on deck is needed NOW.

9️⃣ Take A MUST ACTION …

Know your elected officials. Call them. Meet with them. Show up at meet n greets & rallies. Ask hard questions DIRECTLY.

We the people CAN show big money PACS we are in charge. This is our chance.

There are also numerous coalitions needing volunteers and folks to get involved to help get certain legislation passed.

Find a bill that’s important to you and get involved. We have a few crucial ones needing support in Massachusetts.

The Moratorium on Building a new women’s prison is stalled in committee as is the making tampering with a GPS monitoring bracelet a felony. We have til July 30th. We also need traction on refiling the Litigation Abuse Bill that recently FAILED to pass.

🔟 Nourish your body with fuel that will help you. Avoid processed foods, sugar, alcohol, mind alterting substances

1️⃣1️⃣ Talk to the trees, elementals, Nature Spirits. Ask permissions. Show up with humility. And listen to wisdom given. Unsure of the message? Write it down in a journal with date, time, what were you thinking beforehand etc.

Write as much down as possible and seek a Spiritual teacher to help you interpret. This is something I help with clients too. I help interpret messages and teach them how to attain the messages themselves too.

1️⃣2️⃣ Shift priorities. This is a must in order to make space for what you need to do over the next 5mo

1️⃣3️⃣ REST. Nap. It is OK to take a break. Even if it means shutting your eyes for 5 minutes and you do that 10x a day.

1️⃣4️⃣ Remember, It is ALWAYS darkest before dawn. Everything is cyclical.

1️⃣5️⃣ Get a reading from someone reputable to see what might be showing up for you spiritually and from a bigger picture.

Whether it is validation or new information to help you move forward, NOW is the time to do it
