ABOUT ME:Since 2006, I have been providing spiritually based integrative holistic health enrichment w/ a subspecialty in trauma healing.
I am a healer, speaker, writer, seeker, social justice junkie, advocate, spiritual mentor, intuitive, Shihan, medicine woman & holistic health professional.
I am also a survivor of child abuse, sexual assault, & domestic violence. I have spent the last 15 years healing the “broken me” & over the last 3 years learning in the areas of diversity & inclusion.
I’m currently enrolled in the addictions counseling program at UMass Boston.
My mission is to help others rediscover the power that lies within & to find that treasure buried in the depths of the shadows. I help others become their own superhero.
