Cancellation & Refund Policy

Laura Joseph, Healing With Spirit, and affiliates reserve the right to refuse/cancel registrations further to be identified as HWS.

If HWS refuses a registration, registrants will be offered a refund.

Cancellation by HWS

APPOINTMENTS: HWS reserves the right to cancel any appointments inclement weather or other circumstances which would make the appointment non-viable. If HWS cancels an appointment without a reschedule of such, client will be offered a full refund.

EVENTS and/or CLASSES:  HWS reserves the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances which would make the appointment and/or event non-viable. If HWS cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Registration Cancellation by Participant

There is a NO refund/NON transferable policy for private sessions/appointments, retreats, special events, classes, or workshops unless specifically stated within the event listing.  Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.

Cancellation for Bookings

All deposits or advances for  bookings for events, workshops, classes or guest appearances are NON refundable.

In the event, a booking is postponed or rescheduled, HWS reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee to be determined by HWS and circumstances involved plus reimbursement for any expenses incurred.
