SUMMARY:Virtual Women's Support Group and Healing Circle
DESCRIPTION:In response to the needs of our community\, I’m continuing to offer by donation women’s support and healing circles. \nThese gatherings are a gift to those who need a space to release\, transform\, and find support without financial barriers. \nThese circles are designed as safe\, supportive spaces for those feeling the weight of recent events\, struggling to process\, or simply needing extra support to reclaim a sense of calm\, strength\, and clarity. \nThis is a place to release and transform the emotions you may be carrying—anger\, grief\, overwhelm\, fear\, and more—within a compassionate\, sacred space. \nDonations are deeply valued as an expression of reciprocity. Reciprocity is the act of giving back to honor the energy\, time\, and resources shared in holding these spaces. It helps us continue to create accessible healing spaces\, support the facilitators\, and cover expenses. Whether you’re looking for physical rejuvenation\, emotional healing\, or spiritual alignment\, this session will leave you feeling empowered and balanced\, ready to blossom in the year ahead. \nClick here to Register \nAbout the Facilitator\n \nChristine has 30 years of experience in the healing arts\, with knowledge and continuing education in the related fields of skincare\, massage\, herbalism\, yoga\, sound healing\, and plant spirit medicine. Through her company\, Skinsations by Christine\, she has produced a Sea/cret Garden line of organic skin and body care products formulated primarily with herbal ingredients from her home garden on the Quincy shore since 2000. Christine was certified as a Yoga Instructor by the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge\, MA in 1999. She teaches gentle\, beginner\, and intermediate Kripalu Yoga\, a form of Hatha Yoga that incorporates breath work\, meditation\, and physical postures to quiet the mind. She has continued her training to offer Prenatal\, Children’s\, Partner Yoga\, Yin Yoga\, Restorative\, Five Element Yoga 12 Step Yoga and Recovery\, and Yoga Nidra. \n
