Which would you prefer?. . ✔ Monthly Friday evening 7-8pm . . ✔ Monthly Thursday morning 11am-12pm . ✔ Monthly Tuesday morning 8-9am or 7-8am We currently offer a monthly group that rotates either on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm or a Monday evening at 6 pm with our next class on Monday December 18th at 6 p.m. . . 💜 ALSO … if you would like to host a monthly group, please contact us directly. . .
